What gets deleted
- ✓ Your user profile and personal information
- ✓ Saved properties and search preferences
- ✓ Chat messages and communication history
- ✓ Showing history and property feedback
- ✓ All notes, documents, and uploaded files
Request account deletion
To delete your account, send an email to the address below with your name and the email or phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Important notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your data will be removed within 30 days of your request.
- Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).
- If you are a realtor with active clients, please notify them before requesting deletion.
