When you search for, save, share, or rate properties, we store this activity to provide our services. This includes saved searches, favorited listings, scorecards, notes, and photos you add.

Location Data

With your permission, we may collect location data to provide map-based features, nearby property searches, and driving directions. You can disable location services at any time in your device settings.

Photos

Photos you take within our apps during property showings are stored to provide our services. If you enable cloud sync, photos are uploaded to our servers. AI-powered photo analysis is processed through third-party AI services.

Messages

Messages sent through our in-app messaging feature are stored to provide the messaging service and are accessible to the participants of each conversation.
