1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RE:Agent or RE:Buyer applications, or the repartner.ai website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Pocket Software, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RE:Partner platform, which provides real estate tools for licensed professionals and home buyers. RE:Agent is a CRM and productivity platform for real estate agents. RE:Buyer is a property search, touring, and collaboration tool for home buyers.

3. User Accounts

RE:Agent requires account creation with email and password. RE:Buyer users connect via a realtor-provided code and provide only their name and phone number. All users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities under their account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

5. Property Listings & Data

Property listing data displayed through our Services is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing information. Property data may be sourced from third-party providers and public records. Users should independently verify all property information before making purchasing decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Pocket Software, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our express written permission.

Content you create or upload (such as client notes, messages, photos, scorecards, and saved searches) remains yours. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services to you.

7. AI Features

Our Services include AI-powered features such as property photo analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
