What is RE:Partner?
RE:Partner is a platform of real estate apps built by Pocket Software, LLC. It includes RE:Agent for realtors and RE:Buyer for home buyers. The two apps work together — when an agent and their client both use RE:Partner, everything stays in sync.
What is RE:Agent?
RE:Agent is an all-in-one CRM for real estate agents. It helps you manage clients, search MLS listings, coordinate showings with route planning, message clients, collaborate with your team, and track deals — all from your phone.
What is RE:Buyer?
RE:Buyer is a property search and touring app for home buyers. You can search listings, save favorites, take photos and notes during showings, rate properties with scorecards, get driving directions, and chat with your agent — all in one place.
How do I connect with my realtor on RE:Buyer?
Your realtor will share a unique code or QR link with you. Open RE:Buyer, enter the code, and provide your name and phone number. That's it — you're connected and can start browsing properties together.
Is it really free?
RE:Buyer is free for home buyers, always. RE:Agent is free during our early access period — all features included. We'll provide advance notice before introducing any paid plans for agents.
What platforms are supported?
RE:Agent is available on iOS. RE:Buyer is available on iOS and the web. We're working on expanding platform availability.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Both apps use an offline-first architecture. Your data is stored locally and syncs automatically when you're back online. You can view saved properties, notes, and client info even without a connection.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@pocketsoft.co and we'll process your account deletion within 30 days. You can also request a copy of your data.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email support@pocketsoft.co with a description of the issue, what you expected to happen, and any screenshots if possible. We appreciate your help making our apps better.
